1. The Service allows clients who wish to increase traffic to their online content («Advertisers») to submit content to the Service in order to promote it. The Service also provides software that allows individuals and organisations who wish to feature content submitted by Advertisers («Publishers») to host this content on their respective websites. Advertiser content appears as thumbnail images or ‘snippets’ of content on Publishers’ websites or on websites owned by Yengo PTE Ltd (the «Company»).All content submitted by Advertisers is moderated by the Company for suitability before it is featured on the Service.
2. Publishers receive a fee for each user who clicks on a thumbnail image generated by the Service which appears on their website (a «Publisher Website»). Advertisers pay a fee each time a user clicks a thumbnail image which features their content and appears on a Publisher Website or on a website owned by the Company; clicking on an image in this fashion will redirect a user to the featured Advertiser’s website (an «Advertiser Website»).
3. The Company will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond the Company’s reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
